Our Olympic Barbell features sleeves with snap rings at both ends, eliminating the need to constantly tighten hex bolts. This 500LBS barbell weighs 40LBS and comes with ball bearings and oil-impregnated brass bushings for smooth rotation. You will immediately notice the difference between our barbell and others with bushing operation.

Medium Depth Knurling with a Center Knurl:

The LIONSCOOL 40LBS Olympic barbell offers a 1.5mm diamond knurl with a flattened top for a secure, non-slip grip that is not too aggressive. The 4.7” center knurl is particularly useful for back squats, providing added grip and stability.
