The Signature Fitness Standard Barbell is offered in three different lengths and two colors by the manufacturer. It is constructed from durable steel with a chrome finish, making it ideal for various exercises including squats, dumbbell lifting, rowing, bench press, and others for home gym use.

The barbell is designed to fit all standard plates with a 1" hole diameter. The 6 FT length and 0.97'' diameter of the barbell provide a weight capacity of 350 lbs. Additionally, the knurled design increases friction and grip for a non-slip effect when grabbing the barbell.

Featuring black chrome-plated bearings, the barbell allows for smoother and easier movement, reducing stress and potential injuries to the wrists or forearms. The 0.97 inches diameter of the barbell accommodates all standard plates with a 1" hole diameter, enabling a full-body workout including bench presses, squats, deadlifts, and more.

The barbells come in lengths of your choice - 5-Foot, 6-Foot, and 7-Foot - and are chrome plated with solid steel construction for durability. They offer multiple knurling positions and lengths for convenience and safety, with all bars being rated for a 350-Pound capacity.

With a 0.97" bar end diameter, the bars ensure compatibility with all standard plates with 1" holes, as well as dumbbell plates. Please note that plates and collars are not included with the purchase of the bars.
